We want you to be happy with your My Website Solutions purchase! If the work you ordered was not completed to your satisfaction, you can file a Happiness Guarantee claim with us and we’ll work with you to help ensure the job gets done right.
The Happiness Guarantee applies if:
- The scope of work that you were charged for was not completed to your satisfaction.
- The service was completed within the past 30 days.
- Payment for your service was made via our payment provider GoCardless.
If your claim is based on any changes you make to the scope of work during or after the performance of services, the Happiness Guarantee may not apply.
You can file a Happiness Guarantee claim by contacting our support desk. Please make sure:
- The email subject reads “Happiness Guarantee claim”
- You have stated the website address (domain name) the claim refers to, and
- You have included as much information as you can to help us identify the issue
You will receive an update on your claim in 1-2 business days. If we are unable to fix the problem to your satisfaction, we will refund all or part of any payment received in direct relation to the services carried out.
Our Happiness Guarantee is offered to active clients using our Fixed Price Website service.
