We have a vacancy for a Business Development Manager to join our small yet talented team in Knowl Hill near Reading & Maidenhead in Berkshire.

This role could be for you. As well as being a vitally important cog in the workings of the business, the remit is to orchestrate the sales and promotion of our proprietary web creation platform.

To be successful in your application you should have:

  • Preferably greater than 1 year B2B sales experience
  • An interesting and inspiring CV that proves you are outgoing and commercially aware
  • Tangible examples of where you have achieved and surpassed targets
  • A desire to be professionally trained in a structured environment

In return for your commitment you will be rewarded generously with a high commission. Please note; this job would initially be a contract position which could convert to a full-time job if both sides work positively and to great effect.

    Commission Package Information

     

    We seek a highly professional person to command the sales pipeline, maintain relationships with all clients and discover new ways to create revenue within the business based on client feedback and requirement. You will also be in charge of building a network through our referral program.

    It is vitally important that whoever takes this role is prepared to absorb the company in its entirety including its ethics and becomes a leader alongside the Managing Director to drive and mould the future of the business.

    Talking numbers

    The package begins with 28% payable on sales* (commission only) and based on a contract position leading to full time employment if the synergy between all involved is perfect.

    The package evaluates initially to an OTE potential in the first month of £2343.38 and in the second, £3152.97 and so on.

    By building a network on our Referral Partner program commission numbers can increase substantially as more businesses join. Sales made by referrals through the program will be attributed as commission in the same way as direct sales. This can make monthly commission payments very high and limited only by how efficiently clients are carried through the sales pipeline.
